Northgate Lodge Refund Policy
Scratch more than 24 hours before event – Full refund
Scratch 24 hours before day of event – refund minus $10 admin fee.
Scratch on the day of event or non-show at event – No refund unless a vet, farriers or doctors certificate is supplied.
All refunds can be used as credit towards ground fees or event entry fees, otherwise you will need to supply your bank details.

This event is made possible by permission of land owners and occupiers of land. I accept they have given permission on condition that I release and indemnify them from any liabilities, claims, losses, damages or expenses whatsoever including any liability under the Health and Safety in Work Act 2015.
In entering the event or property I understand that I have sole responsibility for my horse, equipment, vehicle and other possessions during the period of the event.
I understand that participating in the event involves a risk of injury or death.
By participating I expressly accept all risks personally and release the organisers, land owners / occupiers and other persons involved in the event from any liability, claims, damages or expenses caused by the event, including but not limited to any personal injury or death, any emotional or nervous disorders, any medical condition or suffering, any property loss or damage.
