Covered yard x12 - $15 per horse per night
Camping $15 per person per night (Non-powered, provide your own tent/horse truck)

Dogs may be allowed with prior approval.
$20 for duration of stay.   
All dogs to be on a leash or contained at ALL times.
​Please clean up after your dogs.

Arena hire:
$20/hour for private use
$15/hour each for 2 or more private use

Orchard ride:
$15 per horse for private use
$5 if booked alongside arena hire in same booking

Riding Lessons:

$50 private lesson (own horse)
$40 group lesson (own horse)
$80 private lesson (Northgate horse)
$60 group lesson (Northgate horse)
Current after school hours are currently fully booked, please contact Joanne if you would like to be waitlisted.
Joanne is available for lessons with the Northgate horses on negotiable weekdays before 3pm or weekends as available.
Please note there is a size/height limit according to which horses are available.

Grazing:

Kids Holiday Camp:
October 5th-8th 2026
Overnight Camp- $360 +gst
Riders may come just for the day- 9am to 4pm $60 +gst
Not for leadrein or beginners.
Must be confident trotting independently in a group in arena
and ride out of arena in a large open space.
Numbers limited.
​There are some Northgate horses available for an extra cost.

Health & Safety Policy

Northgate Lodge is committed to providing and maintaining a safe and healthy facility for all staff, and to providing the information, training and supervision needed to achieve this.
We will take all practicable steps by;
· Providing a safe facility, safe equipment and proper materials
· Identifying and monitoring hazards and using the hazard management hierarchy of eliminate, isolate or minimise.
· Insist upon establishment of safe methods and best practices
· Comply with all H&S legislation, regulations and codes of practice
We will take responsibility for health and safety procedures, however, ALL PEOPLE ON THIS SITE need to be aware of their responsibilities and comply with the event’s health and safety policy.
COMPETITORS will be responsible for themselves at ALL times by observing safe practices and rules/instructions relating to their competition.
Every person involved in Northgate Lodge is encouraged to play a vital and responsible role in maintaining a safe and healthy event through:
· Being involved in the event health and safety system.
· Following correct procedures.
· Safe and proper use of equipment.
· Wearing protective clothing and equipment as and when required.
· Reporting any pain or discomfort as soon as possible.
​· Ensuring all accidents and incidents are reported.
· Help new employees, trainees and visitors to understand the right safety procedures and why they exist.
· Informing the office immediately of any health and safety concerns.
· Keeping the event facilities tidy to minimise the risk of any trips and falls.
