Accommodation
Separate ablutions block with two toilets and showers. Toilet paper and handwash are provided.
Communal kitchen facilities available include stove and fridge/freezer, pantry, microwave, crockery and cutlery, pots and pans, kettle and toaster.
Upstairs communal lounge with Freeview TV, DVD, library.
Entertainment area includes bbq, firepit, outdoor seating area, kids trampoline and swing set.
Dogs may be allowed with prior approval. $20 for duration of stay. No dogs allowed in the kitchen or on any furniture. All dogs to be on a leash or contained at ALL times. Please clean up after your dogs.
Horse Accommodation
12 large sand yards that are partially covered. 4 stables. Post and rail paddocks with shelters.
Please ensure that yards and stables are left clean of hay and manure. Mucking out equipment is provided.
90x60 metre fibre surface arena with full set of show hunter and showjumping fences. 40x20m dressage arena.
Cross country jumps available on request.
600m easy ride to the white sandy shores of Ruakaka beach with a 3.5km ride. (Summer restrictions in place)

- Black Shack - 1 queen bed. Maximum of 2. $40 per person per night - linen provided
- Stable Bunkhouse - 5 single beds, 1 single over double bunk & 1 set of single bunks. Maximum 10. $30 per person per night.
